The Problem
Duke Children’s Development—the arm of Duke Health focused on attracting donors for the children’s hospital—didn’t have a dedicated website of their own. To help create an identity for themselves and to better reach donors, they needed a unique digital home.
The Objective
We were asked to help define audiences and audience motivators, strategize user flow, create linking strategies, and ultimately design an online experience that highlighted the amazing work being done at Duke Children’s while answering the questions, “why care?” and “why give?”
Our Strategy
The new site shares inspiring stories, highlighting the incredible outcomes, courageous patients, and amazing caregivers that make miracles happen on a daily basis at Duke Children’s. This bright and lively online experience makes it easy to give, get involved, and participate in exciting events—serving as a vivid reminder that every donor has the opportunity to make an unforgettable impact in the lives of young patients in need.
